Your profile is the same in the app and in the Console. Change something in one place and it applies to both.
Profile
- Display name — what others see at the table and on the board. A club can also give you a nickname that applies within that club.
- About me — optional.
- Profile photo — upload from your gallery, or take one on the spot in the app. The image is scaled down automatically.
- Language — Norwegian, English, or follow the device.
Notifications
Account-wide, you control seven things separately:
- Tournament updates
- Result alerts
- Invitations
- Administrative alerts
- Email notifications (master switch)
- Newsletters and offers
- News
The email switch is a master switch: turn it off and club email sends skip you entirely.
On top of that, each club has its own switches on the club page — in-app notifications, email, tournament updates and posts — so you can follow one club closely and another in peace. The posts switch covers notifications about new posts and comments.
Two details worth knowing:
- Blind-level alerts during a tournament come as push only — they never fill up your inbox.
- If the organiser records your buy-in as paid, you can get a receipt with your attender number, if the tournament has that notification on.
Blocked members
If you have blocked a member from the posts, the list lives under settings in the app — that is also where you unblock. See Reporting and blocking.
Privacy
Two choices, both optional:
- Share crash reports — helps us find faults that would otherwise only affect you.
- Share anonymous usage statistics
The time of consent is stored when you change these.
Theme
Light, dark or follow the system. This applies to the device you are on rather than the account — so you can have dark on your phone and light on your laptop.
